Using SchedSnap

Use SchedSnap only with schedules and images you have permission to use. Don’t upload unlawful or confidential material, share someone else’s personal information without permission, or attempt to misuse the service or bypass its limits.

Importing classes with AI

Choosing Import classes sends your selected image to an AI provider: Google Gemini first, or DeepSeek if Gemini cannot read the image. Read our Privacy Policy, Google’s Gemini API terms, and DeepSeek’s Open Platform terms before importing. AI can make mistakes, so check every subject, day, time, and room before downloading. Your institution’s official timetable remains the source of truth.

AI importing is for users aged 18 or older under the AI providers’ API requirements. You can enter classes manually without using AI.

Daily AI import allowance

Each public IP address can make up to 15 AI import attempts per day. The allowance resets at midnight Philippine time (UTC+8), and devices sharing an internet connection may share it. An attempt is reserved before analysis and released when the analysis fails, times out, or the AI provider is overloaded, so a failed read does not use your allowance and cancelled uploads may still count. Checking the allowance does not consume an attempt. Do not bypass this limit.

AI imports may be unavailable if the usage-counter service or AI provider is unavailable or reaches its quota. Manual entry and wallpaper downloads remain available without using the AI import allowance. Our Privacy Policy explains how the counter works.

Your information and downloads

You keep any rights you have in your submitted information. SchedSnap does not claim ownership of your schedule. Save your downloaded wallpaper if you want to keep it. A local class draft can be restored after a refresh in the same browser tab; uploaded images and appearance settings are not saved. You can discard the draft when prompted or remove all classes to clear it.

Free service

SchedSnap currently lets you create and download schedule wallpapers for free. We do not sell the template artwork or downloaded wallpapers.

Template artwork and third-party rights

Some templates include third-party artwork, characters, names, or logos. These elements belong to their respective creators and rights holders. SchedSnap does not claim ownership of them. Their appearance here does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or an official partnership.

Downloading a wallpaper does not transfer ownership or give you a licence to third-party artwork. Free access and personal use do not automatically mean an image is free of copyright restrictions. Do not sell, redistribute, or otherwise reuse artwork without the necessary permission. Rights holders may request removal, and designs may be changed or withdrawn.

Request artwork removal or correction

If you own artwork shown on SchedSnap or represent its rights holder, email dcd.inc.mail@gmail.com or contact us through our Facebook page to request removal or correction. Please send:

• The template name or page link and the artwork concerned.
• A link to the original work and information showing your ownership or authority to act.
• Your preferred contact details and the action you are requesting.

We respect creators and are willing to remove any template or artwork at the request of its rights holder or authorised representative. We will review the information provided and remove the affected design once the request is verified. We may hide it while reviewing the request. Do not send passwords, identity documents, or unrelated personal information. This contact route does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Availability and responsibility

SchedSnap is provided as available. Features and third-party services may change or become unavailable, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or accurate AI results. You are responsible for checking your wallpaper and keeping any files you need.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights or protections you have under applicable law.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms when SchedSnap changes. The date above shows when this version was last updated. Google Gemini, DeepSeek, and the other services we use also have their own terms and policies.
